Sponsorship Opportunities

The 56th DGCA Conference 2019 is pleased to welcome companies and organizations with aviation related products and services as exhibitors at this special gathering of about 350 international participants from a wide range of public and private professionals from the aviation sector.

Benefits of becoming an exhibitor at the 56th DGCA 2019

  1. Branding: Build and enhance the awareness and visibility of your organization by promoting your brand's products and/or services in a competitive sector. Reinforce your presence on the Asia Pacific stage which offers immense potential and growth. You get a chance to associate with an event that is close to your product/sevice and niche client base. The positive impression will last beyond the 5 days of the conference.

  2. Public Relations: Network with high level decision makers, senior officials and industry executives during and after the event. Strengthen existing professional and commercial network and explore how new technology, equipment and systems can assist States and industry to meet both existing and future aviation safety & security requirements and challenges. Sponsorship is not looked upon as hard sell like advertising. It creates a positive ethical corporate or institutional image as an entity that cares for the community. It assures the end-users that the company or institution gives something back to its client base as a do-gooder.

  3. Live Marketing and Promotion: A great opportunity to market and showcase your products and services face to face to the public and private sector audience from around the world, as well as representatives from ICAO’s 41 Member States. Take full advantage of a sponsorship / exhibition platform which gives you an environment where they are ready to meet you, willing to listen to you and perhaps lead to fruition in the form of transaction or partnership. Sponsorship / exhibition gives live research information feedback that no marketing cook-book or reports will give you. A rare face-to-face moments with your potential clients or competitors will give you insights that no marketing data will give you.
